Week 4: Letter X & Nursery Rhyme "Sing a song of Sixpence"

Activity 1

Look at the sound of the week which is ‘x’  practise forming the letter x. Then colour in all the bubbles with the letter x.

You can also have a go at saying some of the other sounds in the bubbles. How many other sounds can you say?

Activity 2

Count the coins and draw on 1 more. How many coins have you counted altogether? count the 2 coins with the dots on and colour in the correct coin for the amount of coins you have counted. You can also use the number track to form the totals too.

Activity 3

In the Nursery Rhyme ‘Sing a Song of Six Pence’ black birds came out of the pie! Using your imagination, think about what would come out of your pie? On the sheet have a go at drawing it. You can ask mummy or daddy to scribe what you have said.
