Week 6: Zebra group work

In your packs you will find:

2 buttons;

a black circle;

paper plate;

black paper;

pair of ears.

 

It would be great if you could show your children a picture or clip of a zebra and talk about its features.

Start by drawing some black stripes on the paper plate. Then get your child to cut out the black circle (if they can’t do this please help!) and then glue this onto the plate below the eyes. Stick on the card two buttons for nostrils. Colour in the two ears with a pink crayon and stick to the paper plate. Cut the strip of black paper (not to the bottom just a few snips) to give the zebra a mane and stick onto the plate between the ears.
